How to pre-order?

Our suppliers offer you the possibility to order these wonderful and desirable shoes, but onnly for a limited time. Qantities are limited to 1 per model/colour, as they are made in small numbers. So don't miss the opportunity to pamper yourself with these elegant and comfortable shoes !

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before pre-ordering.

• You can only place your pre-order within the pre-order periode by mail to info@malenatango.be.

​

• Only one pair per size and per model is available.

​

• We expect to receive the shoes in 30 days after closing the pre-order periode. Malena will inform you by mail when your order has arrived to arrange pick-up or shipping.

​

• Pre-orders must be fully paid in advance after confirmation that the size is available. Returns are only possible within 14 days, and only for unused items. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We can make no refunds, but you will receive a voucher for the value of shoes for future purchases.

• All images are for illustrative purposes only. There might be some variation of colour and structure of the leather. When you pre-order you are aware of the possibilty that your finished product may vary slightly from the product shown on the website.

• We only ship with GLS-one and to parcel shops or Cubee when this option is available. Costs for a Small parcels (1 pair) are as follows, for lager parcels prices are on request.

  • Belgium: to a parcel shop: 7 €

  • The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany and France: 17 €

  • Denmark, Austria, Italy and Poland: 20 €

  • Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Finland: 25 €

  • Other EU countries on request
