If your favourite shoes are not available, we can order them for you, provided they are in stock at our supplier's. Orders can only be confirmed after payment of an advance of 50 €. Orders are not returned.
We ship all items with GLS-one to a GLS parcel shop of your choice. We only ship items within the EU. Shipping costs are always borne by the customer, both for shipment and for a possible return shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy
Malena stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we hope you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, if you feel you want to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days after receival and only after having consulted us at Malena. The return and exchange policy does noet apply to sales and promotions.
Only unused items may be returned in the original package. The price tag may not be removed. Please make sure you don not damage the shoes while trying them out. Items will be evaluated on arrival. When the returned items comply with the terms and conditions, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the article as purchased.
Your personal data will only be used to inform you about new arrivals, special offers and events, and will not be shared with third parties. You can change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
