Orders

If your favourite shoes are not available, we can order them for you, provided they are in stock at our supplier. Orders can only be confirmed after payment of an advance of 75 €. Order are not returned.

Pre-Orders

When new models are available at the supplier, our customers are offered the possibility to pre-order their favourite pair. Our supplier will reserve the pre-order models for 2 weeks. Pre-order items are not necessarily added to our collection after the pre-order period. How to pre-order:

Pre-orders can be made during the pre-order period (see item). Only one pair per size will be available. Shoes are normally received at our shop after 1 month. Customers will be informed by mail when they are available for pick-up of shipping. Pre-orders can only be confirmed after full payment. Pre-orders can be returned according to our Return and Exchange Policy (see below). Shipping is possible according to our Shipping Policy (see below).

​Shipping Policy

We ship all items in Belgium with GLS-one to a GLS parcel shop of your choice. We only ship items within the EU (shipping costs on request). Shipping costs are always borne by the customer, both for shipment and for a possible return shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

Malena stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you feel you want to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days after receival and only after having consulted us at Malena. The return and exchange policy does not apply to sales and promotions.

Only unused items may be returned in the original package. The price tag may nog be removed. Please make sure you do not damage the shoes while trying them on. Items will be evaluated on arrival. When the returned items comply with the terms and conditions, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the article as puchased.

Shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
